Newcomers to George’s pond - four-spotted chasers

are now in the company of the southern hawkers, common blue and large red damselflies.

Their cousins the electric blue broad-bodied chasers have been with us for many years.

We’re hoping for emperor dragonflies and emerald damselflies again.
